HOW WE SHIP:
DUE TO OUR RAPID ORDER PROCESSING, ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO ORDERS ARE NOT POSSIBLE ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
Accepted Orders are shipped the following business day. (During holiday peak times, orders including inflation items may incur a slight delay.) Due to the fluctuation of climate beyond our control, Pre-Inflated items are not shipped over the weekend.
UPS can not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
Orders are shipped via ground service unless you instruct us otherwise. Current UPS Ground Service rates apply. Delivery days are based on number of business days (not including Saturday or Sunday.)
UPS 2nd Day Air® is also available at an additional charge.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Orders of 100 or more pieces per balloon item number are considered special order. The ship date is pending availability and may be required additional ship time. Please call Hi-Rise Balloons at 1-800-252-8210 to place a special order.LOCAL CUSTOMERS:
CUSTOMER PICK UP - Please indicate in the comment box of your sales order if you wish to pick up your order.
CHECK
Please make checks payable to Hi-Rise Balloons. Return check charge is $25.00 per NSF check and/or applicable attorney fees for the cost of collection.CREDIT CARD
We accept MasterCard®, VISA® and American Express®. Please have the card number, the expiration date, and the person’s name imprinted on the card. The card holders name and billing address are subject to verification.
RETURNS:
Products that are not usable due to manufacturer’s defects will be replaced when the merchandise is returned to our quality control department. Returns must be made within 30 Days from the date of purchase. Products that have been misused will not be replaced.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or did not receive merchandise you ordered, please contact us within 7 days. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please call for further instructions if you need to return merchandise. A 15% restock fee may apply.
Seasonal merchandise is not subject to return.Please note prices are subject to change without notice.
